At Jazba Clothing, each piece is handmade with care, intention, and respect for people and the planet. Because of the nature of our small-batch, sustainable production, we ask our customers to shop mindfully.
As a small sustainable brand, we make each item with intention and heart. Returns and cancellations impact our process and waste footprint, so we truly appreciate your conscious shopping choices.
Cancellations:
We allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order — just email us as soon as possible. After that window, your item may already be in production, and we won't be able to cancel it.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following products cannot be returned:
The products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The products are unworn, unwashed items in original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We’ll notify you once the refund has been processed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returning Goods
Please email contact@jazbaclothing.com for returns.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Exchanges:
Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item or size, please return your order and place a new one.
